REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The National Food Agency (NFA) is set to make a breakthrough regarding the transformation of rice quality standards and the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of rice. NFA Head, Arief Prasetyo Adi, assured that they are in the process of maturing various alternatives available. The NFA, he revealed, is collaborating with several related parties for this purpose. The agency is absorbing inputs and perspectives from all lines to ensure that the policy will be comprehensive, meticulous, and mature for implementation. "So we will provide the best alternatives, of course. Then this will be made into a Body Regulation and enacted, after which it will be executed. There will also be a transition period.
