The federal government will announce the 2025/26 Harvest Plan for business agriculture this Tuesday (1st). The complete presentation will take place at 11 am at Planalto Palace in Brasília, but the Canal Rural reporting team had early access to program information. The total amount will be R$ 516.2 billion, a 1.5% increase compared to the previous harvest's R$ 508.6 billion. Even with this nominal growth, considering the 5.32% inflation since the 2024/25 Harvest Plan, there is no real increase in volume. However, the government highlights the reinforcement in equalized resources, which will rise from R$ 92.8 billion to R$ 113.8 billion, totaling R$ 189 billion with other controlled lines. Faced with a high-interest scenario, the government prioritized cultivation and marketing lines, which go from R$ 401.3 billion to R$ 414.7 billion.
