A new period of price increases has begun for tea. The General Directorate of Tea Enterprises (Çaykur) has increased the prices of all dry tea products by an average of 10 percent ahead of the 2026 spring tea season. As the price lists with the increases begin to be distributed to wholesale dealers and distributors, the new rates are expected to be reflected in tea prices.

Sector representatives indicate that the updated prices will soon be visible at retail outlets and on market shelves following the distributor channels.
