Agricultural emergency law: the Constitutional Council validates almost the entire text

"A victory for our farmers and the advancements they have been waiting for," reacted the Minister of Agriculture to the decision of the Constitutional Council on August 14, validating almost in its entirety the emergency law for agricultural protection and sovereignty, adopted by Parliament on July 22. "The text can now be implemented as quickly as possible, for our agriculture and our food sovereignty. Access to water storage, creation of livestock buildings, agricultural future projects, fight against unfair competition and predation, agricultural income, protection against theft and damage, protection of agricultural land: all these measures will now become concrete," said the minister.
