The Wholesale Prices of Tomatoes Plunged 38.29% MoM in Hungary As a Result of Substantial Volumes

The wholesale price of fresh tomatoes-Vine types in Hungary fell 38.29% MoM to USD 1.16/kg in W1 of Aug-23. The downward tendency is attributable to the seasonality of tomatoes and heavy imports from Spain and neighboring countries.

With increased supplies and robust crushing, the sunflower complex could stay lower until the end of the current season.
