The Red Lentils Price in Kyrgyzstan Decreases by 8% MoM on Higher Imported Supply

The wholesale price of imported red lentils in Kyrgyzstan is down 8% MoM to USD 1.34/kg. Previously, the price saw a 7% WoW decline in W2 Jan-22. Since then, the price has remained flat. The price of red lentils in Kyrgyzstan decreases over a month as a result of news about the improvement in Turkish production.

It is anticipated that Turkish lentil farmers would boost their supplies to the importing markets, which will keep the price of imported lentils in the Kyrgyzstan market from increasing in the near term.
