The Tea & Herb Company Ltd, is a trend setting company incorporated in Sri Lanka in 1998 primarily for the purpose of creating exotic fusion beverages using the best in class naturally as well as organically grown premium teas, healthy herbs and exotic tisanes.
The raw materials and ingredients are sourced from reputed handpicked suppliers, locally and in Europe, with impeccable reputation and track record.
Over the years, the investments made into infrastructure, R&D, ultra-fine products, quality conscious supplier relations and extremely demanding buyer relationships have paid great dividends.
Today, T&H exports it’s merchandise to consumers in 41 countries in a wide variety of forms. The company is the leading exporter of IMO (Switzerland) certified Organic Black & Green teas in the value added segment.
The Business model of T&H revolves around the following main revenue streams :
• The processing & export of world renowned private-label brands.
• The export of bulk tea.
• The export of conventional tea bags & in other value added forms, including flavoured teas.
• The marketing & export of trend-setting designer luxury tea, herb & tisanes’ products under proprietary brands.
