Santanas Ginger is s Brazilian ginger exporter established in 1997. The company is based in the province of Espirito Santo, where 95% of Brazil's ginger is produced. They offer Whole Ginger and White Eddoes/Yam. The company grows its own ginger and buys from ginger farmers. They take care of the whole process: washing, cutting, immunization, drying, and packing. Its main export targets are the US and Europe.
Story
For almost three decades in the retail market of agricultural products, the Casa do Agricultor, around the year 2000, expanded it`s area of operation, and began the commercialization of Ginger root in the state of Espirito Santo.
Founder and agricultural technician Djalma Santana was one of the first to produce the root in Espirito Santo, which today is the leading state in the national ranking.
We currently have a network of more than 200 partner producers, we have our own warehouse to manage the whole process of packing, storing and shipping. Santana`s Ginger is a exportation product from Casa do Agricultor, the absolute best we've got! We are proud to establish our family name as a brand!
