Upon opening, you immediately smell the scent of cooked quinces, then the light fragrance of lemon stands out. Delicate taste; Pairings: it goes very well with both sweet and savory dishes, with strong cheeses, with white meats or for the preparation and filling of desserts; Production techniques: high quality artisanal product, obtained from freshly harvested quinces. After being cut into pieces, they are moistened with lemon juice, mixed with sugar and cooked over a low heat. The pulp is blended. The jam is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product; Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal.
