Description	Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) of superior quality (Hojiblanca variety), obtained directly from selected olives at their optimum point of ripeness and only by mechanical process. We are also the only company in Spain that has our land certified with Zero Magnetism, which means that our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is free of harmful substances and we obtain one of the best EVOO at a national level, something that many customers confirm us every day. Early Harvest variety, obtained from the first olives of the season (Second-Third week of October), thanks to which we produce an EVOO of excellent quality, with an intense green colour rich in nuances, stronger and spicier than the traditional EVOO obtained from riper fruits and which is harvested between November and December each year. We obtain an EVOO with very low acidity (0.16-0.17%) that stands out for its smooth and balanced flavor. The acidity of an EVOO means that the olives have been picked at their optimum state of ripeness, correctly washed, the entire production chain has been kept in perfect condition and clean, and the olives have been stored in the appropriate tanks and packaged without losing traceability and quality at any time.
