Ministry of Agriculture: Our Agricultural Exports Rise by 23%, Imports Fall by 13%

The Ministry of Agriculture noted that the improvement in Indonesia's agricultural sector can be seen from the trade balance where exports increased by 23.29%.

"Our agricultural exports increased by 23.29%, and our agricultural imports decreased by 13.17%," Zainul said in the webinar Tuntas Tani Distanhorti Jabar, on Wednesday (15/7/2026). "Now, this indicates that in the future we can expect that Indonesia will become increasingly competitive in producing products that can be sold in international markets or exported," Zainul added.
