Ahmed Nabil, head of the table eggs division at the Poultry Producers Union, revealed the production boom that the poultry sector in Egypt is experiencing, affirming that the state has succeeded in achieving complete self-sufficiency with a huge surplus that is currently being directed towards exports to open new economic horizons.

"Nabil" explained that the role of the division goes beyond the administrative aspect to include providing comprehensive technical and professional support to producers, whether they are small or large producers, noting that the division works on studying each case individually to provide technical advice that helps rationalize feed consumption and reduce excessive expenses, especially in light of the huge financial challenges that some producers may suffer from due to market fluctuations.
